MATTRESS CLEANING

Starting at $80 /MATTRESS  ($150 MINIMUM)

 

  • Remove Stains and Eliminate Odors. 

  • Customers may have allergies or wake up mornings with congestion. Sometimes these symptoms can be directly attributed to a mattress or pillows that need cleaning.

  • Although your mattress may not show signs of soiling, there may be fine particulate soil present that can be professionally removed by Carpet Guys.

TILE AND GROUT CLEANING

Tile and Grout Cleaning - $0.75/Sq Ft

The Cleaning Process:

1) Inspect the flooring for any problem areas and address them before starting the service.

2) Apply alkaline solution on both, tile and grout, and let soak for a few minutes.

3) Scrub all grout joints ensuring proper agitation to loosen and break up dirt and grease.

4) Utilize a self contained pressure washer (SX-15) that sprays up to 220 degree water with up to 1200 psi. The floor is also extracted at the same time, leaving your floors clean, sanitized, and dry.

DRYER VENT CLEANING

  • Regular dryer vent cleaning is essential for safety and efficiency. Clogged vents are a leading cause of house fires and can significantly increase energy use and wear on your appliance. Our professional dryer vent cleaning service helps prevent these issues by restoring your system to like-new condition.​

  • We recommend annual cleanings, or every six months for larger households with frequent dryer use. Our technicians are equipped to handle all types of vent setups, including long or complex duct systems.

  • The process includes checking airflow, locating the exhaust point, and using specialized, powered brushes to remove built-up lint throughout the system. The result is improved performance, lower energy costs, and peace of mind.
